• Experience servicing residential job sites with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.

• Learn and apply code-compliant practices in real-world scenarios.

• Communicate professionally with clients on-site and represent the company with integrity.

• Use tools, materials, and mobile applications effectively on the job.

• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and worksite.

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

• Continually develop technical and customer service skills

• 2+ years of experience in residential electrical work preferred.

• Valid ET (Electrician Trainee) Card required.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Neatly groomed, punctual, and able to communicate clearly with clients and teammates.

• Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and basic documentation.

• Able to enunciate clearly and demonstrate basic sales skills.

• Must speak English and live within 30-40 minutes of Irvine, CA.

• Motivated, eager to learn, and ready to work full-time.
