Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage multiple automated equipment installation projects from planning through completion.
Lead teams on job sites, setting priorities and managing labor and material schedules.
Drive performance to meet or exceed project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Conduct daily oversight of workforce, project progress, safety, and compliance.
Act as the main point of contact for customer communication and on-site coordination.
Monitor and instruct job time reporting and adherence to procedures.
Champion safety, 5S, and workplace standardization initiatives.
Coordinate training, safety, cost-reduction, and continuous improvement programs.
Participate in installation planning and equipment layout reviews.
Document and address performance and conduct issues in collaboration with HR and leadership.
Regularly report on project status and challenges to the Director of Project Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or field leadership, with automation installation experience preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required; technical training or college coursework preferred.
OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain).
Strong team leadership and workforce management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under time-sensitive conditions.
Knowledge of mechanical, rigging, electrical, and IT installation procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
Familiarity with 5S, lean principles, workplace safety, and buyoff procedures.
Valid drivers license required.
Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
