Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination & Support
    • Assist Project Managers in daily operations, including RFIs, submittals, schedules, and document control.

    • Help develop and track project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.

    • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

    • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.

  • Client & Subcontractor Communication
    • Facilitate effective communication between field teams, clients, and design professionals.

    • Attend OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings and record meeting minutes.

    • Support issue resolution through proactive follow-up and detailed documentation.

  • Estimating & Preconstruction Assistance
    • Assist with estimating tasks, including takeoffs, bid coordination, and scope reviews.

    • Help compile and analyze subcontractor bids and pricing information.

  • Project Closeout & Documentation
    • Help manage punch list completion and final inspections.

    • Assist in assembling closeout documents, warranties, and turnover packages.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), project management platforms (e.g., Procore, MS Project)

  • Knowledge of construction drawings, submittals, contracts, and RFIs

  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

  • OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
