Key Responsibilities

  • Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

  • Supervise daily jobsite activities and lead crews on installation and service tasks

  • Develop short and long-term project schedules with superintendents and clients

  • Assign tasks to team members while tracking labor against the project budget

  • Manage and track material procurement for all phases of the project

  • Maintain compliance with NEC, federal/state codes, and project specifications

  • Interpret and enforce project plans, drawings, submittals, and contractual documents

  • Prepare and maintain accurate as-built drawings and daily reports

  • Forecast crew size needs based on project scope and budget alignment

  • Mentor apprentices and promote a team learning environment

  • Maintain consistent communication with customers and general contractors

  • Ensure crews start/finish shifts on time and take required breaks per regulations

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in the electrical trade with 5+ years supervising field crews

  • Strong background in residential, commercial, industrial, and government electrical work

  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record

  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening

  • Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and project documentation

  • Strong understanding of electrical tools, equipment, and safety practices

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in varied outdoor conditions

  • Professional demeanor and commitment to project excellence
