The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across multiple tradeselectrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairand enjoys problem-solving in dynamic environments. This is a key role supporting day-to-day operations and client-facing service across commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general maintenance and repair of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural systems (wood, metal, concrete).

  • Diagnose maintenance issues and implement effective, timely solutions.

  • Assemble and install furniture, fixtures, and hardware.

  • Interpret blueprints, manuals, and technical drawings.

  • Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and mobile apps for job tracking.

  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

  • Follow safety standards and internal company procedures at all times.

  • Respond to service requests across multiple job sites.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a handyman or multi-trade technician.

  • Familiarity with hardware tools and electrical equipment.

  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.

  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

  • Well-organized with a high attention to detail.

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects.

  • Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment.

  • Strong customer service skills for on-site client interactions.

Schedule
  • Full-Time: MondayFriday
