Riverside Custom Outdoors is looking for an experienced Outdoor Living Construction Foreman to lead field crews in building high-quality outdoor living projects, including patios, retaining walls, pools, pavilions, and custom hardscapes.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being in the field, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to grow with a company that values integrity, teamwork, and excellence.

• Lead, train, and supervise a field crew on outdoor living construction projects

• Oversee installation of paver patios, retaining and seating walls, fire features, sod, and softscape elements

• Plan daily job activities and coordinate materials, equipment, and site readiness

• Operate skid steers, mini-excavators, trucks, and trailers safely and efficiently

• Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and meet safety standards

• Communicate clearly with homeowners, crew members, and management

• Represent the company with professionalism, leadership, and integrity

• Proven experience in hardscape or outdoor construction

• Previous leadership experience as a crew lead or foreman

• Strong knowledge of pavers, retaining walls, and landscape installation

• Comfortable operating construction equipment and towing trailers

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record (CDL is a plus, not required)

• Solid math and measurement skills

• Ability to lead by example and keep projects moving efficiently

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Experience with pools, irrigation, masonry, or wood structures

• Industry certifications in hardscape or landscaping

• $30$35/hour based on experience
