Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Customer Demand Planner to join their team. As a Customer Demand Planner , you will be an integral part of the Supply Chain department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, digital proficiency, collaboration, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Customer Demand Planner
Location: Burlington, VT (hybrid)
Pay Range: $20 to $35 p/h on W-2
Duration: 6 Month contract
What's the Job?
Lead weekly team calls to support core KPIs and ensure alignment across teams
Act as the primary point of contact to inform Business Partners of stock unavailability and recovery timelines
Discuss issues and constraints with Customer Service and Business Operations to facilitate swift resolutions
Manage crisis situations related to product availability, quality, microbiological issues, and more
Collaborate with Supply Planners and other teams on service and inventory trade-offs using scenario planning

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively across teams
Experience with supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or related fields
Proficiency in digital tools and continuous improvement methodologies
Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable solutions
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on sustainable, long-term solutions
