Construction Superintendent

We’re partnered with a reputable, growth-oriented General Contractor that’s seeking a Traveling Superintendent to join their field leadership team. This is an opportunity to work on diverse projects representing a general contractor known for quality, safety, and delivering on its promises.

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through punch list

• Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and inspections to ensure schedule and quality goals are met

• Lead daily and weekly site meetings to drive communication and accountability

• Enforce safety and compliance standards across all phases of the project

• Partner closely with Project Managers, Owners, and Design Teams to proactively solve issues before they become problems

• Maintain accurate documentation—daily reports, schedules, and progress photos—to ensure smooth project delivery

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing commercial ground-up and/or renovation projects

• Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines

• Deep understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor management

• Strong communication and leadership skills—able to represent the company professionally with clients and owners

• Willingness to travel to project sites

• OSHA 30 and strong working knowledge of construction technology and safety practices
