Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the organization's operations
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
• Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive organizational growth and success
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines

Required Skills:

• 5 - 10 years proven succes as organizational leader
• Event planning for educational programs and conferences
• Marketing for membership and programs
• Identify new areas of business and membership growth
• Coordination of Board and Committee meetings
• Facilitation of Board and Committee meetings
• Customer Relations with members
• Financial Analysis of performance versus historical trends
• Budget Planning
• Negotiation
• Written & Oral Communication
• Public Speaking
• Coalition building with other nursing groups
• Team building with staff and membership
• Scheduling meetings
• Social Media
• Website Development

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $95,000
• Maximum Salary: $105,000
• Work from home 90 percent of the time and 10 percent at in-person meetings and events 
• Vacation Leave
