Build your Career. Make a Difference. Join Our Cardiovascular Lab Team at Rust Medical Center!Were currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Cath Lab Nurse to join our Alternative Call Team. This is a full-time position with a guaranteed 40 hours per week.
The schedule follows a unique rotation:
Week 1: On-call for 7 consecutive days (no daytime shifts)
Weeks 2 & 3: Four 10-hour shifts each week
This cycle then repeats, offering a balanced blend of flexibility and consistency.
Enhanced Sign on and relocation bonuses available for CVL Nurses:
02 years of CVL experience: $10,000 (2-year commitment)
34 years of CVL experience: $15,000 (2-year commitment)
5+ years of CVL experience: $20,000 (3-year commitment)

- Assist in the preparation and care of patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and other interventional procedures.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and provide necessary care during procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about procedures, treatments, and post-procedure care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Nursing
State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
Previous Cath Lab experience preferred
BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire
