Dates: Jan 15, 19, 22, 26-29

Schedule: Mon-Wed 8a-6p, Thur 9a-7p lunch 2p-3p unpaid

Pay: Starting at $125/hour

Patient Volume : Not provided

Requirements: Active DEA with all schedules and CSR (if required by the state)

Support Staff: 1 RDH, 2 DA

What you'll do:

• Preventive care, comprehensive exams, restorative care
• Fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, RCTs, dentures
