Our client, a leading organization in the technology and user experience sector, is seeking a UX Researcher III to join their dynamic team. As a UX Researcher III, you will be part of the User Experience Department supporting innovative research initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: UX Researcher
Location: 100% Remote
Duration : 9 month contract (potential extension up to 24 months)
Pay Range: $70/hour
What's the Job?
- Design, manage, analyze, and produce reports for large-scale, primarily tracking surveys.
- Effectively manage and prioritize research within ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
- Generate actionable insights to inform ongoing and future research initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into product development.
- Apply statistical analysis methods, including regressions, ANOVA, and t-tests, to interpret data accurately.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 5+ years, or PhD with 2+ years in a related field such as Psychology, Statistics, or Human-Computer Interaction.
- Proficiency in coding with R, especially the Tidyverse package.
- Experience in survey design and item development.
- Hands-on experience executing primary research and applying statistical analysis.
- Proficiency with Google Suites; knowledge of Python coding is advantageous.
