Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes

Required Skills:

• General construction knowledge and experience
• Ability to perform take-offs and pre-construction tasks
• Experience with tenant improvements and change orders
• Proficiency with construction management software such as PlanSwift and PlanGrid
• Strong skills in project closeout, submittals, and preconstruction planning

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in multi-family construction and scope development
• Knowledge of building construction and subcontract management
• Familiarity with Sage Timberline and building information modeling
• Ability to handle requests for information and interpret blueprints

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
