Responsibilities:

• This position oversees the company's Engineering, Health & Safety (H&S), and Quality teams, ensuring strong systems and initiatives that promote operational excellence and uphold the company's world-class manufacturing standards.
• The role focuses on modeling core values, prioritizing safety and quality, and driving accountability through LMA leadership principles.
• Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Operations Team, embedding quality into engineering processes, and developing skilled engineers who provide technical support to customers.
• It also involves managing customer quality issues with timely, data-driven solutions, maintaining ISO-compliant safety and quality systems, and partnering with Sales to align product design and performance with market needs.
• Additional duties include delivering accurate documentation for manufacturing, leading effective team meetings, fostering continuous learning through programs like Fast Academy, driving measurable improvements via scorecards, and maintaining a clean, organized workplace under 5S standards.

Required Qualification and Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience Engineering and Quality Systems in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum of 5 years (10 years preferred) of leadership and supervisory experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in gaging and metrology
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Word) and ERP systems
• Strong analytical abilities with expertise in data analysis and statistical methods
• Proficient in blueprint reading and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Background in Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies
