Location: Dublin / Columbus, Ohio Area (Local candidates only In-person role)

About the Role

We re expanding beyond our stronghold in state-run IT staffing and now focusing on building high-value partnerships with corporate clients in the private sector . We're seeking a dynamic Client Acquisition Manager who excels in client relationship management , IT staffing solution selling , and strategic corporate account acquisition .

This is not a recruiter role . This is a client-facing, sales-driven position ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, consultative selling, and driving revenue by positioning staffing services to private sector businesses.

What You ll Be Doing

As the face of our corporate growth strategy, you ll:

  • Identify and onboard corporate clients in need of IT talent solutions (mid to senior level)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, Hiring Managers, Procurement Heads, etc especially within Central Ohio or surrounding markets)
  • Develop custom proposals and solution-oriented pitches tailored to each client s technology needs
  • Strategically target accounts through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and events
  • Own the sales cycle end-to-end from prospecting to negotiation to closure
  • Collaborate closely with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to refine go-to-market strategies
  • Maintain CRM entries and deliver clear reporting on sales activities and forecasts
  • Represent the company at industry networking events, tech meetups, and client meetings

  • Proven experience in business development or client servicing in IT staffing (10+years in private sector/corporate client acquisition)
  • Strong ability to build trust and influence decision-makers at all levels
  • Confidence in selling staff augmentation , contract , or direct hire solutions
  • Deep understanding of IT roles , technologies, and hiring challenges in the corporate world
  • Clear and compelling communication skills written and verbal
  • A natural flair for strategic thinking , time management , and networking
  • Local presence in the ColumbDublin area with willingness to work onsite and meet clients in person
