As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our construction projects.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Perform take-offs and prepare estimates for commercial construction projects
• Coordinate pre-construction activities and assist with change orders
• Utilize PlanSwift software to create accurate estimates
• Develop punch out lists and assist with construction management tasks
• Review civil construction plans and submittals

Required Skills:

• Strong background in commercial construction estimating
• Experience with structural design and construction drawings
• Ability to develop scope of work and project controls
• Knowledge of building construction processes and bidding procedures
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bluebeam Revu software

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $75,000.00

Maximum Salary: $100,000.00
