Job Title: IT Manager – Finishes Solutions

Job Summary

The IT Manager for Finishes Solutions handles overseeing all technology operations within the Finishes companies, ensuring systems, applications, and infrastructure support business objectives. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on management of IT resources to drive efficiency, security, and innovation across six different businesses, and customer-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with the Finishes Solutions business goals.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.

Systems & Infrastructure Management:

• Maintain and optimize ERP style systems, production software, and related applications.
• Ensure network reliability, cybersecurity compliance, and data integrity.

Project Management:

• Lead IT projects from conception to deployment, including upgrades and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions on time and within budget.

Support & Training:

• Provide technical support and training to staff across the Finishes companies.
• Develop documentation and best practices for system usage.

Vendor & Budget Oversight:

• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
• Prepare and monitor IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology preferred, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT management experience, preferably in property development, manufacturing or construction.
• Strong knowledge of AI utilization, ERP style systems, networking, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Finishes Solutions Industry software and production technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud solutions and AI leading programing.
• Project management certification (PMP or similar) is a plus.
