Schedule: Full-Time | 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

You, our Ideal Candidate

You are a dedicated and skilled RN / LPN with a passion for delivering comprehensive nursing care. You excel at clinical decision-making, communicate effectively with residents and families, and work collaboratively with fellow caregivers to support residents in long-term care or skilled nursing settings.

Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

Administer medications and perform clinical treatments as needed

Monitor resident health and respond to changes in condition

Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and families

Ensure accurate and timely documentation

Foster a respectful and supportive environment for residents and staff

Requirements

Valid Ohio RN / LPN license

High School Diploma or equivalent

Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English

Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
