Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our healthcare team. As
an MRI Technologist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality imaging services while
ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position requires someone with a strong work ethic,
attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks under time constraints. The role
offers flexibility in working hours and location, providing an adaptable environment for motivated
individuals.


Key Responsibilities:


Perform MRI Scans: Use MRI equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images of
patients' internal structures by applying the appropriate MRI parameters.
Patient Care: Prepare and guide patients throughout the MRI process, ensuring their
comfort and safety while performing procedures.
Maintain Imaging Quality: Adjust MRI settings such as position, scan sequence, and
imaging parameters to obtain accurate, clear, and high-resolution images in a short
amount of time.
Process Patient Paperwork: Accurately complete patient forms and other necessary
paperwork, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Troubleshoot Equipment: Work closely with engineers to troubleshoot any technical or
machine-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal equipment functionality.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure all MRI procedures comply with safety protocols,
including patient screening, equipment maintenance, and quality control standards.
Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain and organize imaging records and
patient history for future reference or review.
Work Flexibility: Be adaptable to working flexible hours and locations based on patient
needs and departmental scheduling.

Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited MRI Technologist program.
Certification in MRI Technology (e.g., ARRT MRI certification).
Previous experience in MRI scanning preferred.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
