Job Opening: Chef / Cook

Brewster Bar is seeking a self-motivated, reliable chef/cook to join our successful team. This position is available 5 days per week, approximately 25 hours, with afternoon to nighttime hours.

Located in the heart of downtown Plymouth, MA, Brewster Bar is an intimate 50-person-capacity cocktail bar known for quality food and drinks in a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include:

• Food preparation, cooking, and plating

• Inventory management

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization

• Adhering to all health code requirements, including proper food dating and sanitation

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and manage the kitchen during shifts

• ServSafe Food Manager Certification required (Brewster Bar will cover the cost if not already obtained)
