Locum General Dentist - Southeast PA- 1 hour from Harrisburg

We are seeking a General Dentist for a long-term locum assignment in Southeast PA to support an established dental office during a transitional period. The Details

• Assignment dates: January 19, 2026 - April 30, 2026 *possibility of extension*

• Consistent weekly schedule, Monday - Thursday 7:30a (huddle) - 5p

• Competitive pay starting at $130/hour

• Provide preventive care, comprehensive exams, and restorative dentistry

• Perform general procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, implants, root canal treatment, dentures, and routine extractions (Endo and Invisalign are a plus)

The ideal candidate is a dentist who:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program

• Active Pennsylvania dental license in good standing

• Treats patients with compassion, respect, and clear communication and is kind, supportive, and respectful to all team members

• Is adaptable and comfortable working alongside temporary and transitioning team members

• Leads by example and helps stabilize the practice during change

Practice Environment

• The office is currently rebuilding culture following a period of limited doctor leadership

• DH and DA roles are being supported with temporary team members, and additional DA staffing changes are anticipated

• Management is aware of current challenges and is committed to improvement and support
