Role Overview

As a Physical Therapist at CareATC, you will provide personalized outpatient physical therapy services in a collaborative clinic environment. You will focus on functional outcomes, injury prevention, and long-term wellness while working with a dedicated patient population.

Responsibilities
Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a clinic setting and/or virtually as directed by physician referral
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and establish functional, measurable treatment goals
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques
Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as appropriate
Collaborate with primary care providers and an interdisciplinary care team
Provide patient education, discharge planning, and home exercise programs
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Support musculoskeletal care and chronic disease management through movement-based interventions

Qualifications
Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
One year of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and patient service skills
