What We're Looking For:Education: 2-year degree preferred, but not required.

- Passion for Inclusion: A desire to support and empower individuals with disabilities is required.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and flexibility to support diverse needs.
- Other Requirements: Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
