Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely estimates for commercial construction projects
• Conduct take-offs and review construction drawings
• Manage pre-construction activities, including scope development and change orders
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project completion
• Generate punch out lists and review submittals

Required Skills:

• Experience in commercial construction estimating
• Proficiency in PlanSwift and AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Knowledge of construction management principles
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Bluebeam software
• Familiarity with project controls and request for information processes
• Background in civil construction and structural design
