Associate Dentist – Newly Acquired, Multi - Doctor Practice Group

An exciting growth opportunity awaits! A fast-expanding dental group with recently acquired offices is seeking an additional Associate Dentist to join a collaborative team of high-performing providers. This role is ideal for a doctor who wants strong clinical variety, solid earning potential, and the ability to help shape two thriving practices during a period of rapid growth.

About the Opportunity

Due to recent acquisitions and increased patient demand, the group is expanding its provider team. You’ll step into a well-supported environment with established workflows, strong mentorship opportunities, and the autonomy to practice comprehensive dentistry.

Current Clinical Team:

• 4 experienced doctors across two locations

• Strong, trained support staff (assistants, hygienists, front office)

• Collaborative culture focused on efficiency, patient experience, and high-quality care

Schedule:

• 4–5 days per week

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Clinical Scope

You will have the opportunity to perform a wide range of procedures, with the flexibility to grow clinically:

• Molar & non-molar endodontics

• Simple & surgical extractions

• Implant placement & restoration

• Basic & complex restorative dentistry

• Invisalign / clear aligner therapy

Patient Age Range:

• Full-scope family dentistry (children through adults)

Payor Mix:

• Strong PPO

• Fee-for-service
  (No heavy Medicaid burden)

Technology & Equipment

Modern, tech-forward environment with digital tools to support efficient, predictable clinical outcomes.
(Can be tailored if you want to add iTero, CBCT, laser, digital scanners, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Structure:

• 30–35%+ of Adjusted Production

• Daily guarantee during the first 90 days for a smooth ramp-up

Sign-on / Relocation Bonus:

• $30,000
