Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and small businesses
• Review financial statements and ensure accuracy
• Assist with month-end close processes
• Conduct reconciliations and maintain general ledger
• Provide tax planning and strategy development

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience in public accounting and financial reporting
• Ability to perform tax planning and prepare tax returns
• Strong understanding of internal controls and auditing
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Enrolled Agent or CPA certification
• Experience in bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Background in forecasting and finance
