Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Best Friends Animal Care is a busy, compassionate veterinary clinic located in beautiful downtown North Augusta, SC, conveniently close to Aiken and Augusta. We are committed to providing high-quality veterinary care while maintaining a supportive and team-oriented work environment.

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Rotating schedule

Job Description

Veterinary medicine is a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and compassionate individual who can multitask efficiently while delivering excellent customer service to our clients and loving care to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients in a friendly, professional manner
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage front-desk flow
• Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
• Communicate clearly with clients and veterinary staff
• Support daily front office operations in a busy clinic

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Must love animals
• Veterinary or medical office experience preferred, but not required
