Your Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient evaluations, including comprehensive physical examinations and meticulous medical history reviews
• Assist in diagnosing surgical conditions by interpreting imaging studies and laboratory results
• Work alongside surgeons to develop and implement individualized surgical treatment plans
• Offer intraoperative assistance, such as preparing surgical spaces, ensuring proper patient positioning, and managing instruments during operations
• Provide outstanding pre-operative and post-operative care, including medication management, wound care, comprehensive discharge planning, and patient education

Your Educational Background

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Preferably, completion of clinical rotations focused on surgical care

Required Certifications

• Unrestricted active PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
