Vantor is seeking a Sr. C ustomer Support Manager to join our USG team, fo c using on expanding the use of our satellite imagery and derived geospatial solutions within NASA and other U.S. C ivil Government agen c ies . In this role, you will be responsible for expanding and growing existing multi-million-dollar programs that leverage Vantors c utting-edge spatial intelligen c e for appli c ations in Earth s c ien c e and disaster response.
This position requires a strategic mindset, sophisticated business acumen, and the ability to navigate the complexities of government procurement. You will collaborate with senior leaders internally and with program managers, researchers, and key decision-makers at NASA, NOAA, USGS, and other federal agencies. Your primary goal will be to expand Vantors role as a critical p a r t ner in supporting national and global scientific objectives . This role is eligible to work remotely in the US.
What Youll Be Doing:
Expansion and Growth: Responsible for working with NASA C SDA team t o identify use c ases and adoption of our 2D and 3D produ c ts . I dentify use c ases for additional Vantor produ c ts and solutions. S urvey potential use c ases a c ross C ivil Agen c ies , drive demand to the NASA C SDA team, and exe c ute on delivery.
Agency Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, program managers, and technical leads within NASA, NOAA, USGS , USDA , and other federal civilian agencies.
Solution-Oriented Mindset : Drive the adoption of Vantors spatial intelligence solutions to support critical government missions, including environmental monitoring, natural resource management, and disaster resilience .
Proposal & C apture Leadership: Lead the development of c ompelling proposals and c apture strategies for large-s c ale federal c ontra c ts, ensuring that Vantors unique c apabilities are c learly aligned with agen c y requirements and s c ientifi c goals.
C ollaboration: Work c losely with internal and external senior leaders to position Vantor as a thought leader and trusted partner in the federal s c ien c e and te c hnology c ommunity.
Market Analysis: Analyze government budgets, strategi c plans, and market trends to identify new growth opportunities and develop business plans tailored to the evolving needs of the C ivil and NASA spa c e se c tors.
C ontra c t Management: Build and manage a opportunities, providing a c c urate fore c asting and reporting on key performan c e indi c ators using C RM tools.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field .
Ability to get Clearance.
5+ years of experien c e in program management, business development, or sales within the U.S. Federal Government market.
A fundamental understanding of geospatial data, satellite imagery, and its appli c ation in Earth observation, remote sensing, or environmental s c ien c e .
Demonstrated su c c ess in c apturing large, c omplex government c ontra c ts and programs.
Ex c ellent c ommuni c ation skills, with the ability to influen c e and present c redibly at all levels of an organization and within federal agen c ies.
Preferred Qualifi c ations:
Master's degree in a technical field such as Geography, GIS, Remote Sensing, Engineering, or Environmental Science.
Proven experience and a strong existing network within NASA and/or other civil federal agencies (e.g., NOAA, USGS, USDA, EPA).
10+ years of business development experien c e with a proven tra c k re c ord of ex c eeding targets in the federal se c tor.
Deep knowledge of the federal a c quisition pro c ess, in c luding experien c e with various c ontra c t vehi c les.
Experience with Earth observation missions or AI/ML appli cations for geospatial data is a significant plus.
Proven knowledge and experien c e managing a sales pipeline within Salesfor c e or a similar C RM system.

The successful candidates starting pay will fall within the salary range provided below and is determined based on job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, geographic work location, and market conditions. Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range.
The pay for this position within Colorado is: $134,000.00 - $223,000.00 annually. The pay for this position within New Jersey is: $134,000.00 - $223,000.00 annually. The pay for this position within Delaware is: $134,000.00 - $223,000.00 annually. The pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $147,000.00 - $245,000.00 annually. The pay for this position within California is: $154,000.00 - $225,500.00 annually.For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
