Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate maintenance personnel responsible for the installation, repair, and upkeep of industrial machinery and equipment
• Lead multi-craft teams performing machinery disassembly, assembly, and installation
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance of production and support equipment
• Guide technicians in troubleshooting and resolving equipment failures
• Review production schedules, estimate labor needs, and adjust work plans to meet operational targets
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders; assign tasks and set priorities
• Coordinate maintenance activities with other departmental supervisors
• Maintain a proactive, preventive approach to equipment reliability and performance
• Administer the MAXIMO CMMS and oversee the CMMS coordinator
• Enforce all safety standards, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Resolve operational issues and support technicians in solving complex work challenges
• Develop team capabilities through coaching, mentoring, hands-on instruction, and formal training programs
• Promote a positive, collaborative culture within maintenance and across departments
• Supervise work execution and quality in a multi-craft technical environment
• Ensure maintenance work meets established quality, safety, and performance standards
• Identify and recommend improvements to equipment reliability, maintenance practices, and production efficiency
• Encourage employee participation in continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality materials and services while controlling costs and maintaining service levels
• Oversee storeroom operations and procurement of plant supplies (excluding rod)
• Research, justify, and execute capital expenditure projects related to maintenance and plant operations
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• 1-3 years of trade school or Associate's degree
• Minimum 7 years of Maintenance experience within a Manufacturing facility
• Must have experience with PLS, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, machining, cutting, etc.
• Reliability centered maintenance experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Leadership experience within a manufacturing company
