General Practice Veterinarian (Associate Veterinarian)

Introduction
Our client is a progressive, multi-doctor hospital based in Lunenburg, Massachusetts, seeking an Associate Veterinarian. This role involves providing care for a wide range of species, including cats, dogs, pocket pets, birds, reptiles, rabbits, exotics, and wildlife. The practice has been a staple of the community since 1983, offering individualized care plans and a collaborative, team-focused environment. Both new graduates and experienced veterinarians are welcome to apply.

Working Hours / Rota
Hospital opening hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 9pm, and the hospital is closed on weekends. Specific doctor hours are open to discussion.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role encompasses full general practice responsibilities, including wellness, surgery, dentistry, and internal medicine. The hospital encourages flexible, individualized medicine and employs a fear-free approach to patient care. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital is equipped with cutting-edge technology and offers a diverse caseload. Equipment includes Vimago HDVI (High Definition Volumetric Imaging), platelet-rich plasma and regenerative stem cell therapy, Class 4 laser therapy, Clarius portable ultrasound, digital X-ray, and in-house laboratories. Services include high-end dentistry, surgery, general practice, exotics and wildlife care, and integrative or alternative therapies. The hospital emphasizes mentorship, professional growth, and continuing education.

Team
The hospital has four doctors supported by a dedicated team of technicians, assistants, and a practice manager. Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
