Inventory Data Entry
Remote
3 month contract to start

Overview:
This role supports the inventory management and reporting functions within the organization. The Inventory Data Specialist will be responsible for processing and maintaining accurate inventory data, managing reports, and assisting with the movement and reconciliation of product across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
Process inventory transfers between storage locations using Smartsheet or similar systems
Monitor and follow up to ensure all transactions are completed end-to-end
Prepare and distribute inventory aging and daily processing reports
Review and update product status based on QA clearance and communicate with scheduling teams on repurposing opportunities
Ensure inventory data accuracy within NetSuite and related systems
Research and resolve discrepancies related to work orders, costing, and product closures
Assist in inventory reconciliation, missing inventory investigations, and reporting
Support warehouse and supply chain teams in ensuring accurate and timely product transfers and documentation
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
12 years of professional data entry or inventory reporting experience (preferably 2)
Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, lookups, and data formatting
Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently
Experience in supply chain, logistics, or food manufacturing preferred but not required
NetSuite experience a plus
Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday (8am4pm or 9am5pm EST)
100% Remote
