We are seeking a Warehouse Manager with strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational ability, and hands-on experience overseeing warehouse operations, material management, and cross-department coordination.
Responsibilities- Identify and allocate supplies and hardware for both warehouse and field operations.
- Maintain inventory of commonly used stock materials and hardware.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Restock shop materials and supplies on a routine basis.
- Review Work Order instructions for clarity and prepare printed copies for staff.
- Interpret project takeoff sheets to support production needs, including:
- Kitting and bundling required hardware as specified.
- Identifying non-stock or special-order items for procurement.
- Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders.
- Notify Project Managers of the arrival of time-sensitive materials.
- Coordinate the movement of materials between buildings and work areas.
- Communicate effectively with Purchasing, Drafting, and Engineering teams to support project timelines and material needs.
- High school diploma a must
- 2-3 years of Warehouse Supervisory experience required
- Proficient Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to lift 50lbs or more
