Operations Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide leadership and oversight to production managers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage workforce planning, performance management, and team development to build a strong operational culture.
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
• Partner with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to support continuous improvement and operational reliability.
• Lead facility-wide initiatives to enhance efficiency, throughput, safety, and cost control.
• Utilize data, KPIs, and operational metrics to guide decision-making and improve process effectiveness.
• Maintain alignment across departments through strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex operations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, production scheduling tools, and operational software.
