About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and effective Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams, drive project execution, and ensure timely delivery of business-critical initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and proven experience managing projects from initiation through closure.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Facilitate effective communication between team members, leadership, and external partners.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
- Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative project environment.
Process & Governance
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, project governance, and best practices.
- Track project KPIs and performance metrics to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Maintain project documentation, including requirements, change logs, and status reports.
Budget & Resource Management
- Monitor project budgets and forecast resource needs.
- Ensure proper allocation of project resources and optimize utilization.
Quality Assurance
- Oversee project testing, validation, and acceptance processes.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4–10+ years of project management experience.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
