General Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee maintenance planning, fleet and heavy-equipment operations, machine shop and fabrication activities, crane services, and utility craft teams.
• Align departmental initiatives with organizational objectives to ensure efficient service delivery, appropriate staffing levels, and adherence to budgetary requirements.
• Deliver continuous performance feedback, coaching, and development support to supervisors and maintenance planners.
• Uphold rigorous compliance with all safety, training, and operational performance standards.
• Track, evaluate, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) across all maintenance functions.
• Ensure equipment inspections and maintenance activities comply with IIAR requirements within PSM-regulated facilities.
• Act as a subject matter expert and trainer during the organization's ERP transition to Infor M3, offering system guidance and help-desk assistance.
• Oversee all maintenance planning processes, including work-order management, scheduling, and equipment repair coordination.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance preferred (equivalent experience considered).
• Minimum 4 years of maintenance leadership experience within chemical or mineral processing plants.
• Must have experience with CMMS functions.
• Reliability centered maintenance experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to understand technical documents.
• CMRP desired.
