Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain RCA programs, equipment logs, and reliability data.
• Performance Reporting: Deliver KPIs, reports, and presentations to justify program and asset costs.
• Optimize work practices, documentation, and training to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Provide solutions in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
• SAP-HANA, CMMS, and materials management.

• Bachelor's in Mechanical/Maintenance Engineering (other disciplines considered with experience).
• 5+ years in mechanical engineering; food/sugar processing preferred.
• Mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, CAE/CAM, and design tools (AutoCAD, ProE).
• Preventive/predictive maintenance, RCA, Lean Six Sigma, failure analysis.
• MATLAB, Excel, Power BI, Python, LabView, ANSYS.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and ability to engage all staff levels.
