InGenesis is currently seeking an Electronic Design Specialist to work with our client. In this role, you will design and develop engaging multimedia training materials for diverse audiences, including the general public and Boards of Elections staff. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and expertise in instructional design principles to deliver high-quality e-learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Review and interpret course outlines provided by the Operational Readiness Manager and/or Senior Training Coordinator.

Design and develop multimedia training modules using Articulate Storyline/Rise and Animaker (or similar tools).

Create narrated slideshows, animations, knowledge checks, and interactive elements.

Incorporate visual storytelling and instructional design best practices to enhance learner engagement.

Ensure all materials meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and are optimized for cross-device usability.

Deliver original files (videos and course outlines) for LMS upload (Litmos) or standalone web delivery.

Utilize open-source information from the Ohio Secretary of State website and other provided materials.

Produce one training outline with videos every two weeks for an average 4-lesson course.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Articulate Storyline/Rise and Animaker or similar video creation tools.

Background in instructional design or e-learning development.

Ability to transform raw content into engaging, accessible multimedia training.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and inclusive design.

Experience working with government, elections, or civic education (preferred).
