About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-driven, growth-minded Staff Accountant to join our expanding Accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to deepen their accounting experience while supporting a fast-growing, mission-driven healthcare company.

You’ll play a key role in strengthening our financial infrastructure — managing core accounting processes, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting operational improvements as we scale nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post recurring and non-recurring journal entries

• Maintain and reconcile fixed asset schedules, including additions, disposals, and depreciation

• Perform monthly account reconciliations and support the month-end close process

• Process customer invoices and manage accounts receivable follow-up

• Assist with Bill.com and credit card reconciliations

• Support payroll processing and related journal entries

• Assist with audit preparation and internal control compliance

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support automation initiatives

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2–5 years of hands-on accounting experience

• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems

• High attention to detail, strong organization, and analytical problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently

• Clear, professional communication and a collaborative mindset
