Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection and provide exceptional guest service
• Restock merchandise and maintain store appearance
• Process transactions using the point-of-sale system
• Contribute to store operations, including ordering merchandise and managing inventory
• Execute planograms and merchandising strategies to drive sales

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in retail management
• Strong product knowledge and ability to style merchandise
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle cash management and bank deposits
• Experience with loyalty marketing and cosmetic sales

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with replenishing and pulling merchandise
• Knowledge of sanitation and store cleanliness standards
• Previous experience with cash handling and cashier skills

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $37,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $44,000.00
