About the Role – Sales Representatives and Property Solutions Consultant (PSC)
Midwest Elite Exteriors LLC is expanding our W-2 sales team. We are hiring Sales Representatives and Property Solutions Consultants to help homeowners with roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior restoration solutions. Our representatives guide customers through retail and insurance-assisted projects, as well as financed options through our partners.
This is a consultative sales + project management role with a strong customer-facing component.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Draw:
$1,000 per week (paid bi-weekly)
Commission:
10% commission on all collected revenue
(retail, insurance-assisted, and financed projects)
Annual Earnings Potential:
Annual Draw Based Salary of $52,000
Earn $152,000 at 100% of annual target
High performers may exceed $160K+

Role Responsibilities
As a PSC, you will:
Meet with homeowners and conduct property assessments
Recommend roofing, siding, gutter, and restoration solutions
Deliver value-based consultations and financing options
Manage the customer relationship from first visit to project completion
Coordinate timelines and communications with internal teams
Maintain accurate CRM documentation
Learn MWEE’s sales system, operating standards, and workflow
Provide an exceptional customer experience through strong project management
This role involves both consultative selling and project management execution.

Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a project

Ability to follow structured systems and processes
Comfort using apps, taking photos, entering notes, and updating CRM
Ability to handle customer conversations confidently
A desire for long-term career growth
Prior sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Insured personal vehicle
Ability to work flexible hours when homeowners are available
Ability to learn construction basics (training provided)
Ability to meet standards for documentation and follow-through
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Consulting, Presales, and Sales, supported by excellent client engagement and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Project Management techniques and the ability to oversee project workflows effectively.
- Prior experience in construction, exteriors, or home improvement projects is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred but not required.
