Job Summary:

As a Produce Manager, You Will:
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant department environment, consistently exceeding health and OSHA standards.
- Provide hands-on leadership that fosters a strong passion for food, quality, and exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory by reviewing weekly reports, adjusting orders, and ensuring proper stock levels to meet customer demand and maximize profit.
- Create effective schedules and delegate tasks to optimize labor, workflow, and overall department performance.
- Prepare and track inventory records and departmental processes to accurately calculate monthly gross profits in alignment with company policy.
- Develop and execute merchandising plans to drive sales, enhance product presentation, and achieve financial targets.
- Control departmental costs by monitoring daily operations and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Supervise and support team members within the assigned area, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to standards.
