Job Summary:
Provide hands-on leadership for the Produce Department by guiding and developing team members, managing orders for perishables and supplies, and executing merchandising strategies that drive sales growth. Maintain an exceptional customer service environment focused on understanding and exceeding customer needs to build long-term loyalty.

As a Produce Manager, You Will:

• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant department environment, consistently exceeding health and OSHA standards.
• Provide hands-on leadership that fosters a strong passion for food, quality, and exceptional customer service.
• Manage inventory by reviewing weekly reports, adjusting orders, and ensuring proper stock levels to meet customer demand and maximize profit.
• Create effective schedules and delegate tasks to optimize labor, workflow, and overall department performance.
• Prepare and track inventory records and departmental processes to accurately calculate monthly gross profits in alignment with company policy.
• Develop and execute merchandising plans to drive sales, enhance product presentation, and achieve financial targets.
• Control departmental costs by monitoring daily operations and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Supervise and support team members within the assigned area, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to standards.
