Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support to the administrative team
• Assist with new hire paperwork and file maintenance
• Take meeting minutes and handle mail sorting
• Coordinate travel arrangements and manage office procedures
• Process requisitions and order supplies as needed

Required Skills:

• GED or equivalent
• Proficiency in keyboarding and switchboard operation
• Experience with office procedures and grammar
• Ability to handle patient registration and document management
• Strong skills in sorting, reconciliations, and calendar management

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with purchase orders and short-term disability

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $50,000.00

Maximum Salary: $80,000.00
