Essential Duties and Tasks:

• Verification and tracking of all material received, shipped and moved
• Receive materials and store in the warehouse
• Deliver materials/supplies to production areas
• Verify all inbound/outbound shipments and bill of ladings
• Perform physical inventory count, reconcile stock count to records, compute figures from records to obtain current inventory levels
• Verify computations against physical count of stock and adjust errors where needed
• Investigate and report reasons for discrepancies
• Prepares various inventory reports
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Education and Experience:

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Prior forklift experience required
• Prior computer experience REQUIRED with inventory database system experience preferred
• Two - four years solid working knowledge of warehouse processes and manufacturing required
• Must be able to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays and holidays
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence
• Ability to perform complex mathematical calculations
• Experience using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Lifts 2-8 lbs. continuously and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
