What You'll Do:

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and lunch dishes, including eggs, pancakes, sandwiches, burgers, salads, and more

• Maintain consistency and quality of food in a high-volume kitchen

• Execute efficient kitchen prep and cleaning to ensure a safe, sanitary workspace in both the front and back of the house 

• Collaborate with staff to keep service running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a line cook in a diner or casual restaurant setting

• Strong breakfast and lunch cooking skills preferred, including short-order cooking

• Must be organized

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently during peak hours (very fast paced environment)

• Ability to work in confined spaces and handle pressure

• Ability to hold conversations with guests while preparing food

• Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team player mentality
