Apartment Maintenance Supervisor - $27/hr

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Take the lead in maintaining a thriving apartment community! We're hiring an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and daily operations
• Oversee apartment turnovers, work orders, and preventative maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety and property standards
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Communicate effectively with residents and property management

Requirements

• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required
• Previous experience in apartment, property, or commercial maintenance
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work full-time schedule (M-F, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM)
• Reliable transportation
