NP or PA with background in Dermatology WANTED!

We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and compassionate Aesthetic Injector (Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team in Upper Arlington and Easton . This practitioner independently performs a variety of cosmetic procedures including Botox, dermal fillers, Kybella, Sculptra, and laser treatments, while delivering exceptional patient care. You will conduct in-depth consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, administer injections, and provide post-treatment education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations: medical history review, procedure risks and benefits explanation, and consent acquisition.
• Develop customized aesthetic treatment plans tailored to individual client goals.
• Safely administer cosmetic injections (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Kybella) and perform laser procedures.
• Educate patients on skincare and post-procedure care to maximize results.
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records, including medical history, medications, allergies, and treatment progress.
• Support patients with post-treatment follow-up and aftercare education.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to all state laws, sanitation protocols, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with industry advancements.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in cosmetic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic medicine.
• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) license in good standing.
• Skilled in dermal filler and neurotoxin injections independently.
• Familiarity with laser treatments (IPL, BBL, RF), skin rejuvenation, hair removal, and peels is a plus.
• Proficient with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and standard office software (MS Word, Excel).
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment.
