A leading construction firm is seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience in civil construction for commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in excavating, site work, and utilities, primarily focused on roads and infrastructure projects. If you have a passion for managing projects, understanding contracts, reading and interpreting plans, and scheduling, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of civil construction projects, including excavating, site work, and utilities.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Read and understand contracts, plans, and specifications.
• Utilize HCSS Software, Viewpoint Software, and Excel for project management. (Preferred Software)
• Work closely with the construction team to maintain project quality and efficiency.
• Split time between the field and office to oversee project progress and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in civil construction project management.
• Commercial experience in project management.
• Construction Management degree preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Procore preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn from others.

Work Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• No overnight travel or weekends/holidays involved.
