Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter plays a pivotal role in supporting the growth and success of the Engineering and Information Technology teams. This position is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting activities, developing strong partnerships across the organization, and driving process improvements within the Talent Acquisition function. The recruiter will contribute to building a best-in-class TA organization through innovative practices, relationship-building, data-driven decision-making, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Talent Strategy
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned Engineering and/or IT requisitions.

  • Demonstrate success in sourcing and hiring talent for critical engineering and technology roles.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to define recruiting strategies that support organizational goals.

  • Partner with leadership to understand business needs and provide consultative guidance throughout the hiring process.

Process Improvement & Team Collaboration
  • Help build Talent Acquisition expertise through relationships, process optimization, and effective use of technology.

  • Share best practices and contribute to a culture of knowledge-sharing across the TA and HR teams.

  • Identify opportunities to innovate, enhance workflows, and increase value to internal customers.

  • Contribute to the development of programs that support talent needs through a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.

Ownership & Professionalism
  • Operate with a strong sense of ethics, responsibility, and ownership, recognizing that daily work directly impacts customers and company performance.

  • Foster a data-driven culture by leveraging recruiting metrics, trends, and insights to support continuous improvement and drive successful outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience on a regional or national scale, preferably in a corporate setting.

  • Experience in high-volume recruiting .

  • Strong background recruiting for mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineering roles, as well as project management and product management positions (highly preferred).

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and requisitions simultaneously .

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build buy-in across stakeholders.

  • Ability to collect, analyze, and present data to various audiences to support decision-making.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transformational growth environment .
