Veterinary Client Service Representative - Part-time

We’re Hiring: Client Service Representative – Grandview Animal Hospital (Grandview, MO) This is a Part Time position (25-30 hrs/week) T-TH. Schedule will vary to fit needs of clinic, but you must be available all open hours.

• Support our front desk CSR team
• Provide exceptional customer care
• Have attention to detail
• Coordinate scheduling, phones, check-ins, and client communications
• Help maintain effective clinic flow between clients, techs and doctors

What We're Looking For:

• Veterinary customer service background preferred
• Calm under pressure and able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic
• Organized, reliable, and team-focused
• Passionate about supporting pets, clients, and staff
